John Blair Editing Services

How I can help you:

Have you written something and are wondering how to make it better? I'm an experienced editor who can correct your grammar errors and enhance your diction and syntax. Do you have a great idea but don't know how to write it? I'm also an experienced ghostwriter who will work with you to bring your idea to life. In both cases, I can help you reach your writing goals and provide you with a publishable product in the end.

My name is John Blair. Over the past 20 years, I have edited and/or written several memoirs, novels, and screenplays for people. A former president of the Canadian Authors Association (Toronto Branch), I served for two years as Senior Editor of the International "Winners' Circle Writing Competition." My original creative non-fiction piece "Fishing for the Moon" was shortlisted for the 2009 CBC Literary Awards Competition. Also in 2009, I wrote, produced and directed a play called Noble Hockey Legend which ran for two nights in downtown Toronto. More recently, I submitted this in the form of a screenplay entitled Hockey Camp Hero to Hollywood where it is under consideration. I am a member of the Editors' Association of Canada, and the Ontario College of Teachers.

Please consider my services for your needs. It's always exciting for me to take on a new writing project!

I'm just an email away:
